Big Dan I'm sure has grown some and has even put on good weight. He is definitely capable of double pts. and double rebs. averages for the coming season not to mention blocked shots. Mainly he is just understanding the game better I imagine. Consistency can make him all conference and help us do good as a team next season. So many lessons learned last season that he and the other leaders can turn around to gain W's that were losses last season. GO VAQUEROS !!!

Yea you could see flashes of stuff that could destroy anybody that he's matched up against. If he can get to the point of where he has that st.louis game on a consistent bases, he could be one of the best players we've ever had. Unlike last year it looks like he's going to get some rest during games now that he has backup with Adonis and Brooks. He was looking totally gassed at the end of the season.

Wow that stunned me James, but you do have a point. I have seen ALL our top big men over the years (well from '75 forward) 6 ft. 5 in. Henry "Hank" Taylor '76-'78 was amazing. Kenneth "Apple" Green Honorable mention All American 1981 was a SUPER one. There were a few other pretty good ones like Melvin Thomas '88-'90. After Kimasa's good freshman campaign, if he stays 3 more years he can truly can continue to develop, rack up numbers and accolades, and become a SUPER one ! O. Moore and L. Jackson are the elite all-time.

I may have gone overboard with the "one of the best players we've had" comment lol. Other than L.Jackson I don't know of anyone before the 2000's. Probably should have done a little research first. When I was watching the st.louis game that was the only time I've been extreamly impressed with someones game. If kimasa could just refine and bring that skill out at will then he could be a legit nba candidate. In his freshman season he looked hesitant a lot of the times, but I guess that comes with being a freshman. He just needs to develop that killer instinct.

Not really James... You got it right! Most of the modern era we have been a juco transfer school. The four year possibility with Big Dan can rocket him up there. Hec he already had 40 blocks first season. He will be able to play some more at the four with Big Chris I. and young Brooks at times. Adonis I think is more the four type. Dan can develop his shot more from a little further out as well as maybe some drive moves into the lane. He will be able to come weakside on defense also to swat shots too! Working against that Muscle Monster from N.M. St. Aggies last season will also give him motivation and a high bar to strive for. Yup NBA candidate or at least pro somewhere. We should be part of "The Starters" version for the Vaqueros. We need to recruit at least 2 more along with "Admin" of course. When is our first round table forum video shoot?? lol
